Shaneé Norfleet-Brown received a B.A. in Psychology from Governors State University in 2010. Prior to returning home to complete her education, she attended The University of Iowa where she was a member of the psychology club. She also worked at the Johnson County Juvenile Detention Center. She was a counselor and a group session leader. Once she graduated she immediately began working as a DSP (DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL). She was soon promoted to Case Manager. She has been a case manager for over 4 years. She loves what she does and it shows throughout her work. She is dedicated to advocating and changing lives, one member at a time.
